2nd time I've been ill after eating this ready meal. Nausea,hot and cold flushes and blinding headache. Last time symptoms progressed to diarrhoea and vomiting. Can only put it down to pine nut intolerance  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea

I hadn’t eaten all day today so I bought a cheese burger pizza from here, about 5 hours have passed and I’ve got severe cramps and stomach is bloated , I’ve got diarrhoea and feel nauseated  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloating

Got a 2 pack of mangoes yesterday and not even 7 hours after eating it I was nauseous and was vomiting up to 5 times. Had the worst headache as well. Never buying fruit from there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
