My 9 year old and I shared a corn dog from here in DCA on July 3, and we both began vomiting in the early hours of July 4. Chills, fever, headache, vomiting and diarrhea. The other two family members did not eat there and did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
