I ordered a burrito supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch. 3 hours later severe stomach cramps, nausea and soon followed the diarrhea. I ate it around lunch hours, somewhere between 1 and 2 pm. It's now 10 pm and I'm still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

got really sick 30 min or so eating a sourdough burger at jack in the box, my son had to take me to the ER. Today I am still sick and that is 22 hours eating the burger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate chipotle for lunch on Sunday. Stopped halfway through meal because I was feeling unwell.
