Went to lunch had the house salad with the sampler app. My boyfriend and I had everything the except I had the stuffed mushrooms. I was fine the whole day but that night nausea hit me hard then the vomiting began as well as the diarrhea. But my boyfriend is completely fine  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
