“On Sunday, the 25th of Apr, 2021 about 11:30AM, we ordered two lunches to go - The Tour of Italy (lasagna, chicken parmesan, fettuccine, salad). Went straight home and ate half the lunch. By 9PM, I started with the diarrhea and then with the vomiting. The other person who ate the other dinner had th... e same problem but his started around 11 PM. This continued all night long until about 9 AM the next morning. It's now Wednesday and we're still struggling to get back to normal. We've had food poisoning before, so we know what it feels like and what it entails. ”

“I took my family here on 4/29 around 7pm with my son, daughter, wife and grandma. We all got chicken nochi soup, my daughter got a small pizza. Wife got raviolli, i got shrimp scampi, and grandma got chicken alfredo. Stomach started hurting around 3am and woke up had to vomit and was sweating, stoma... ck hurts now, same with everyone else wasnt just me. Looked into it looks like its pretty common for olive garden. I wont be back again. ”

“A salad from there My Husband ordered a lasagna to go with bread sticks and a side Salad! High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed chef going outside to throw away garbage and cleaning outside, returned to food preparation area and continued to cook and plate food.
High Priority - Live,... small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 2 live flies in kitchen area.
High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw frozen pork over cooked noodles inside walk in cooler.
High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 3 live roaches under three-compartment sink; 3 live roaches crawling on floor under prep table in kitchen, 1 live roach on kitchen wall, and 1 live roach at front counter area on floor.
High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Soil residue in food storage containers. Observed operator refill sugar container while dead roaches lie in sugar container. Instructed operator to discard and wash rinse and sanitize container.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed noodles (65°F - Cold Holding) holding at room temperature at prep table in kitchen. Operator relocated to reach in cooler. **Corrected On-Site**

“I believe it was the dozen shucked bluepoint oysters with lemon wedges, it could have been the ahi poke but I think it was the oysters Ordered a dozen shucked oysters and lemon wedges plus a half pound of ahi poke from this Company on Monday, April 12th at around 3:30 pm. They were delivered in a fo... il container sitting on a bed of ice. I drove it five minutes home in a cooler and ate them on the patio with the lemons squeezed on. I was the only one who ate them and the poke. At around 8 or so, my stomach felt a little odd, but I thought it was gas. At around 10 pm, symptoms started. Sharp, painful stomach cramps like stabbing, waves of nausea,.doubled over on toilet and first normal stool, then when I thought it was over, it kept coming back more and more watery and foul. It lasted for a couple hours at least ”

“The FSIS announced the recall of 6,804 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) ham products by Olymel S.E.C./L.P., a Quebec, Canada establishment because the products may be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis.
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers. Consumer... s who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. The ham items were packaged on November 5, 2020. The following products are subject to recall
- 12-lb. plastic film vacuum package of “Celebrity EXTRA LEAN IMPORTED HAM 98% FAT FREE” with product codes “20309 11 – 91”, “20309 21 – 91”, “20309 31 – 91” or “20309 51 – 91” printed on the side of the packaging
The products subject to recall bear Canadian establishment number 180 inside the Canadian inspection mark located below the ingredient list. These items were shipped to distributors in California for further distribution for institutional use.
The problem was discovered when FSIS collected a routine product import sample that confirmed positive for the presence of Salmonella Enteritidis. The product subject to recall was determined by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to be associated with the FSIS positive sample result.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
FSIS routinely conducts recall effectiveness checks to verify recalling firms notify their customers of the recall and that steps are taken to make certain that the product is no longer available to consumers. When available, the retail distribution list(s) will be posted on the FSIS website at www.fsis.usda.gov/recalls

The following products are subject to recall, regardless of the product date:
- 4.23 oz. (120g) plastic tray and cover packages containing “Golden Spoon Hot Pot Fish Chips”.
The products do not bear an establishment number nor a USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail and wholesale locations nationwide.
FSIS is concerned that consumers may still be in possession of the product. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
