My daughter and her 4 friends ate meat lovers pizza for lunch on Friday and all became sick with fever, diarrhea, and vomiting that night. All are still sick with diarrhea and nausea 4 days later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

7 days after returning home everyone in my family became ill. Explosive diarrhea, fever, chills, aches, nause and extreme fatigue. It has been 10 days and still having relapses. We were the the week of June 17.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue

Same story 6 of us vacationed for 1 week June 14-22. One week after returning we all had severe diarrhea abdominal pain and headache. 2 of us are slowly getting better one is fine and 2 are still very sick and losing weight. Dr can’t figure it out. Suggested food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

Both husband and I have been sick since June 28, 2019 with explosive diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and extreme fatigue. It seemed to go into remission for a day or two and then flared back up. All we can do is sleep..so fatigued (not related to dehydration because we are staying very hydrated).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
