Ordered a Shamrock Shake around 8:30 pm. Woke up at 4:30 the next morning with upset stomach and diarrhea. After getting diarrhea under control I had stomach cramps and nausea for the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
