I had Taco Bell with my father for lunch today. We both had the $5 box. He has complained of an upset stomach while I have been nauseous and vomiting with diarrhea all afternoon. I have also had cold sweats and shivering multiple times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
