Old Town ME i was the only one who ate there last night and 5 hours later i woke up with extreme nausea and vomiting, then started diarrhea and have a slight headache and body aches   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache

Picked up a pepperoni pizza. Thought the pepperoni tasted slightly strange, but didn't think anything of it. Both my friend and I who ate the same pizza in the same box experienced symptoms at the same time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
