4/25/25 Four hours after eating Chicken Nuggets and Tangerine Lemonade, I was met with 2 days of constant vomiting, diarrhea, chills and fever. I even vomited blood and had bloody stools | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
