I have severe diarrhea, nausea and a head ache. My lower right abdomen hurt so much I had to go to the hospital thinking that I had appendicitis when in reality it was severe food poisoning leaving my intestines completely inflamed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
