2 of us ate at Longfellow's Wayside Inn Restaurant last evening. We both ordered Pot Roast which tasted a little off. Both of us are sick today with abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Ate ritz crackers last night, suddenly got diarrhea, nausea, thought maybe too rich, then ate a few more crackers tonight, immediately got sick again, daughter in law sick also  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ramen from the service stand, Self serve quinoa and mochi. It was all I ate yesterday so it was one of the theee. Violent vomiting and nausea going on about 24 hours now. Could not go to work. Severe stomach cramping. Onset of diarrhea. Pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Consumed a tall soy iced caramel macchiato around 6:30 pm and fell violently ill at around 9:00 pm and it went on through the rest of the night. Symptoms included nausea, vomiting, chills, sweats, and inability to keep anything down, even water  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
