I ate the Surf and Turf at 9pm. I woke up at 2am and was extremely ill. I had the cold sweats, diarrhea, vomiting, and blurred vision. I woke up in the morning and I was still sick. I had projectile vomit and felt like I was going to pass away.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

16 years old got a big mac , i go there alot with all my friends. Alwats ate from there never got sick. Ate the burger within 2 min noticed it tatsted weird and not normal as beofre. Feel like im about to puke only been 20 min.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
