Brio Tuscan Grille Food Poisoning

Nausea and diarrhea are the most common symptoms reported for Brio Tuscan Grille food poisoning. A location in Kansas City Mo was investigated for food poisoning in May of 2018 where 13 people fell ill and complained of severe nausea, diarrhea and other symptoms.

I’ve never felt this way before but I’m having terrible pain and cramping the day after eating here. Even the day of my stomach was hurting terribly right after eating. I had the fresh salmon pasta.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Had the shrimp and lobster Alfredo with a side chopped salad. Symptoms started roughly 3 hours after completion of meal. Nausea, and diarrhea began 3 hours after meal. Vomiting began 6 hours after meal and has continued as of this post (10 hours post meal).

thinking the worse had passed, but I woke up simultaneously vomiting and having diarrhea. Non-stop from that night until Monday morning. It was so horrible I’ve never felt pain like that before, I am currently recovering, but I will never go back to Brio. I had spinach and artichoke cheese dip as an appetizer and my entree was Chicken Limone. Absolutely horrible experience. Not sure which got me sick, but I have been to Brio multiple times and the cheese dip came out less than 5 minutes after it was ordered.
