Last night Not completely sure but last meal was a happy meal at McDonald’s Other child also had happy meal but burger instead of nuggets, no poisoning there.  | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I went to McDonald's at 8:15pm today. I had a mcrib and fries and diet coke. I went home about 2hrs after was throwing up and having diarrhea and stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
