Girlfriend and I split the Italian Combo sandwich and Cobb salad. That was the only thing we ate that was the same and both of us got violently ill 12-14 hours after eating it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Went to McDonald's last night at 10 pm. I ate a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich and then felt sick shortly after. I've been laying in bed all day with stomach pains and the sensation to throw up. My girlfriend had the same exact symptoms Tuesday night after eating a cheeseburger happy meal  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
