Last night Chicken nuggets from here Ate the chicken nuggets last night at 9pm, woke up this morning around 3am urgently needing to puke. Ended up having an accident in my pants while vomiting. Been sick ever since and it's 1pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

19 th, Pizza or salad I ate a piece of pizza from here I also ate a bistro Santa Fe salad from Wegmans, this occurred on Sunday evening by Sunday middle of the night about 4:00 I will woke up with severe cramping and diarrhea and has had that cramping and diarrhea for 6 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
