Ate a salad for lunch. 3 hours later became extremely ill. Went to the ER and did not have any viruses. The dr suspected food poisoning. I only ate a salad from this restaurants before the illness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

We had ordered food from this establishment and within 12 hrs both girls were extremely sick. They had the chicken nugget 10 piece. My bf had something else but did not get sick.
