I got a sausage egg mcmuffin at 1:00pm and by 3 i had watery diarrhea and by 5 I was vomiting bile about every 30 minutes. I also had chills. The egg tasted a little funny and the sandwich was not very warm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Bile
