Ordered two egg McMuffins, and two hashbrowns . The taste was off on the egg McMuffins. I didn’t think anything of it. About 24 hours later I started feeling nauseous and have severe diarrhea gurgling in my stomach and long burps. It’s going on five hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Burping
