Ordered two egg McMuffins, and two hashbrowns . The taste was off on the egg McMuffins. I didn’t think anything of it. Grabbed lunch Sunday, March 20, 2022. After eating had severe GI issues (diarrhea & vomiting) and felt absolutely awful. I typically have the stomach of a goat, haha. I got a salad bowl with chicken. Thinking it could've been the lettuce mix.

I wish I had anything to provide. I didn't think about getting food poisoning so I didn't keep any receipts or take pictures. It was very crowded that day with the line almost out the door. Stood in line for 20-30 minutes and just wanted to leave after eating to get on with the day. Ordered around 2:30 pm on Jan. 4th. By 5:40 I was starting to have mild stomach problems. Queasiness and an odd feeling setting in. It got worse and worse with stomach cramps and diarrhea followed by vomiting which finally eased the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea
