Hours after eating the French Dip and Fish and Chips, my boyfriend and I became violently ill. We were vomiting and had diarrhea multiple times. I couldn’t even keep water down. The scariest symptom was that our chills were so bad that we were physically convulsing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
