Got a salad and about 4 hours later that night was sick with vomiting and chills. Next day I’ve been weak with a fever, nausea, and a lot of trips to the bathroom. The place is run by kids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills

Cottage cheese - I ate Simple Truth organic low-fat cottage cheese with several days of diarrhea. This happened with two batches and were within sell by date. It could be due to severe lactose intolerance because I only eat occasional cheese as dairy products. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
