I picked up pizza at 4pm on 1/20/21 and came back home and ate it. This is all I had to eat all day. 3-4 hours later, I started feeling nauseous and I have vomited 11 times within the past 5 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich from there and I've had diarrhea for the past 2 days because of it. I can tell it's specifically from that sandwich because it burns when I go to the bathroom and I've had no other spicy foods since then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got the family size chicken pot pie from there and cooked it in the oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes. My fiancé and I both ate a quarter of the pie and mixed the leftover liquid part (with some of the chicken) with our Saint Bernards… See more
