I had a chicken burrito on May 13th at 5 pm. I ate most of my burrito but immediately felt sick. I went back to the leftover burrito and noticed the chicken was not completely cooked. I imagine I'm not the only one reporting food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Two hours after eating a cheeseburger yesterday (2/16/17), started getting dizzy and a headache, then nausea and started vomiting. Vomiting was every 15 mins for an hour until I made it to the nearest hospital -- was traveling. Three more times vomiting with the medication, then it stopped.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
