Cool site - lists all 'outbreaks' - the site state: " To be included in outbreakdatabase.com, the outbreak must have supporting documentation from public health agencies, journal articles, media reports, etc. Names of stores, brands, restaurants, or other sources are listed if they have been publicly identified previously." https://www.outbreakdatabase.com/ I skim read couple of articles - Interesting point is that in at least some cases where there is an identified proven issue with a location for a given date/food item- not every person in the group will get food poisoning. For example in this case only 75% of the boys (who had the same dish: tacos) got ill: https://news.sd.gov/newsitem.aspx?id=12503

Sanderson Farms refrigerated chicken wingettes, (raw chicken wings separated at joints into wings and drumettes). 3 packages of approx. 1.50 lbs. Prepared on 2 separate instances one month apart. First time was two 1.5 lbs packages and 2nd instance was one 1.5 lbs. package. Both time, after... consuming, myself and one other person felt sick approx. 8 to 12 hours after consuming with nausea and headaches, second occasion was more severe with vomiting. On both occasions we have prepared these on a 400 degree grill, until very well done with 180 degree internal temperature. Disposable gloves used on raw and separate utensils used turning and removing after completely cooked. 1st time they were just cleaned with cold water, salted and thrown on the grill, 2nd time they were cleaned with lime, and vinegar and soaked in cold salt water brine. I don't know what this chicken contains but something isn't right with it. The negative effects are not immediate after dinner but felt the next morning and afternoon. I felt extremely hot, sweating with chills and pounding headache. Had to run to toilet with violent vomit. Felt generally not right afterwards with my vision being a bit blurry. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Other, Chills, Sweating, Blurry vision

Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, a Listeria monocytogenes infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
In case you are experiencing Listeria monocytogenes symptoms, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

In August and September of 2023 In August from From Walmart romaine lettuce sold from Bonipak Fresh and Easy romaine lettuce three pack And again in September of 2023 from Walmart Greenleaf lettuce sold by Bonipak I am positive it was lettuce from this company because I... ate only the lettuce itself three times and every time I got sick with the same symptoms. I got two separate deliveries from Walmart for lettuce from Bonipak. One was from Walmart at 16th avenue and Bethany Home road in Phoenix Arizona and the other bag was from Walmart on stapley and baseline in Mesa Arizona both Bonipak. The second was Greenleaf lettuce.
I got them both through the home delivery program | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
Today is the second time I have gotten diarrhea from Honey Nut Cheerios. I thought it was the milk the first time. I bought a fresh gallon of milk and went for another bowl of cereal. About an hour later, rushing to the bathroom. Not once but... multiple times. The cereal had an almost chemical taste to it. I almost felt like it made my mouth kinda numb after eating it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Numbness
Tonight Chipotle Stopped at the chipotle after the gym around 1:30PM and got a chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, queso, hot and corn salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. While eating the burrito o thought the salsa tasted a little off than it normally does as... I eat chipotle semi frequently. The only other food I had after that was some herrs salt and vinegar chips and Gatorade zero. I went to go to bed around 10:30-11PM and when I got in bed I noticed my skins particularly my arms and legs were super sensitive to even the sheets rubbing up against me, then I noticed I started getting extremely cold and shivering. At about 1 I thought it was starting to calm down when all of a sudden I got a giant knot in my stomach and had to run to the bathroom while now profusely pouring sweat. I made it to the bath just in time to have diarrhea while simultaneously throwing up. Immediately after throwing up and going to the bathroom the fever (I assume) seemed to break and I stopped sweating and the knot in my stomach has relaxed. I currently am back in bed still not feeling great but hopefully past the worst of it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Sweating, Nausea, Vomiting

I picked up lunch for my family at
3:21 p.m on Sunday. I bought a footlong meatball sub and after eating some I noticed it tasted weird. I called the subway store and spoke with the manager and one other worker about the meatballs tasting weird. I... asked the worker to try one and she said she saw what I meant and would throw them out and make new ones. After some time I started throwing up. I hope I will be ok but I sure don't feel well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
