The Wake County Health Department reported 134 cyclosporiasis cases since May. While three restaurants were investigated, they are not believed to be the cause of the outbreak. In case you are experiencing Cyclospora symptoms such as watery diarrhea (most common), cramping, bloating, increased gas, nausea, fatigue, and possibly vomiting and low-grade fever, it is important to report it.
