New York State Agriculture has issued a consumer alert regarding potential under-processing in 'Toms Juice' Ginger and Lime, a product of Toms Juice LLC. The under-processing could lead to pathogenic growth and toxin formation. The 'Toms Juice' Ginger and Lime product was distributed across New York from August to December 2024.The 'Toms Juice' Ginger and Lime product is packaged in two-ounce glass jars, identifiable by the UPC code 197644360666 and a sticker lot coding of 0012-0018, found on the jar's bottom.
Consumers who have purchased Toms Juice Ginger and Lime product are urged to stop using the product.
