The outbreak has resulted in several cases of illness among patrons who dined at the restaurant around July 15, 2025.The SEHU has reported an unusual number of Salmonella infections, a bacterial illness that can cause symptoms such as diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps. These symptoms typically appear between 6 hours to 7 days after exposure. The outbreak is believed to have originated from contaminated food served at the Rocky River Café.
