I ate there Sunday 16 June 2019 at lunch time. I had a big Mac meal. The Big Mac was cold and not very nice. I got very very sick at 9 pm. I got severe diahrea and sickness and kept passing out. This went on for about 3 hours. I still feel weak today Monday 17th and have a violent headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Other, Weakness

I’ve made an order, i ordered a Big Mac with a poutine and Strawberry Frutopia. After eating my meal, I said 5 mins after I started feeling sick to my stomach, like nauseous to the point I want to vomit but I can’t. Last night (May 8, 2019) I visited the location for McHappy Day. Ordered a Big Mac Meal between 10:00pm-10:15pm. Hours later, from 1:30am to 2am I had some diarrhea and mostly vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
