Ordered steak burrito bowl and large guacamole that was delivered to me. Within 2 hours of eating the food (which had large chunks of fat left on steak) I was nauseated, vomiting, and had diarrhea now for 36hrs and going. My stomach has been cramping bad then…

Had a steak rice bowl with lettuce, white rice and mild sauce. Developed direarra and threw up 8 hrs later at hospital.
