Both my husband (64) and I (63) ate at Chipolte in Olympia at around 2:15 p.m. I had veg. salad, my husband had the salad, but with the chicken. I feel fine so far, but it is only 4:27 p.m. and he is vomiting and feels awful. We haven't gone to the doctor's yet, as we are trying to see if it just goes away. He has no other health problems at all, and is not on any prescription meds at all. He is 5 ft 10 and weighs about 190.The ingredients on his salad are as follows:
Lettuce; Brown Rice; Pinto beans; Tomatoes; 1/2 scoop of the Med. (green) salsa; Little Cheese; Guacamole; Chips; and fountain water with ice, no lemon. | Sintomas: Vomitando
