Purchased a salad bowl consisting of: lettuce, white rice, green peppers, half chicken, half steak, tomatoes, corn, cheese and the salad dressing. After thirty minutes of finishing my meal, I noticed a sharp pain in my stomach. Shortly, I had to go to the bathroom and had symptoms including watery diarrhea and nausea.
