- comments: no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such (eggs,sausage,ham,etc)food manager arrived on site at 10:15 a. M. Must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(cos)

- comments: observed no signed employees health policies. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-010)

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed male food handler not properly sanitizing blender at 3- compartment sink. Observed him dump liquid from blender into sink and rinsed blender under running water and placed back on to stand. Instructed manager that equipment must be washed,rinsed and sanitized. - comments: observed interior of ice machine panel with an excessive amount of pink and black slimy build up and dripping on to ice inside of machine. Also exterior has calcium build up. Lid on top of ice machine is not fitting tight to prevent contamination. Must remove ice,clean and sanitize ice machine. Remove build up and make lid tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: must provide a thermometer for prep coolers at coffee station and drive thru.

- comments: must label bulk food storage container when food is not in original package.

- comments: must repair or replace loose trim around ice machine and missing leg on shelving unit leaning against wall in storage area.
