On Friday April 3, 2026 after leaving Sight and sound theater we went to Hershey farms restaurant at approx 2pm. I was with my mother in celebrating her 84th birthday with her sister in law and my niece. We all basically ate the same thing. The only thing I ate different was a small portion of the potato salad from the salad bar. Before I even left the grounds, while in the gift shop I started having waves of stomach cramps. I have a 90 minute drive home that continued to have severe stomach pain. I did not have diarrhea or fever, but I vomited severely with the worse abdominal pain ever. I took the Covid Flu A & B test and all were negative. I continued to have pain until about 1am. I am a nurse and my niece is a Nurse practitioner. I am 100% positive the potato salad was the cause. I am primarily concerned that my 84 year old mother in law could have eaten this and she would have been hospitalized. I am not looking for compensation but want to ensure education and precautions are taken. I have called the restaurant and sent them an email with no response. My niece paid with her credit card so I dont have a receipt to attach. But if that is needed I will contact her to see if she will send me a copy. We are from NJ. | Sintomas: Vomitando, Dor de estômago, Cãibras, Calafrios, Diarreia, Febre
