On Monday 4th May 2026, I'd been working on the garden all day. I had a breakfast of cornflakes with fresh milk and a coffee at 0800, but skipped lunch. I drank water and orange squash throughout the day to stay hydrated. On finishing the garden and taking the dog for a good run, as it was quite late I decided to buy a takeaway from KFC Madeley. I ordered on the app (order number 7084) choosing on of the special deals (10 piece bargain bucket) and collected the meal myself. A couple of hours after eating 4 pieces of chicken a bag of fries, coleslaw and a corn on the cob, I started to feel quite ill, first having cold sweats, then feeling sick and developing extremely painful stomach cramps. This got worse as time went on. Around 2am on 5th May I started violently retching then vomiting. I attempted to call 111 for medical advice, but couldn't get through between vomiting. All of these symptoms continued until around 9am this morning, when they started to slowly subside. It is now 12pm and although I feel significantly better, I am light-headed and feel very weak. I have been unable to go to work today or take my dog out for a walk. I am currently curled up on the sofa with a duvet. | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando, Dor de estômago, Cãibras, Calafrios
