1 de setembro de 2017 um amigo e eu jantamos no Olive Garden em Roma GA. Nós comemos a sopa ilimitada e salada. Nós dois tínhamos salada e a sopa que tínhamos que era a mesma era a salsicha e couve. Eu também tinha uma tigela de Minestrone. A única coisa suspeita da nossa refeição foi a salada, pois estava realmente encharcada em seu curativo. Nós dois, claro, tínhamos pão também.Bem ao sair do restaurante eu quase imediatamente tive que usar o banheiro e ao fazê-lo eu tive diarréia. Esta luta durou a noite toda e no dia seguinte e eu era incapaz de comer nada, pois iniciaria novas crises de diarréia.
No dia seguinte e naquela manhã eu liguei para Olive Garden e relatou ao gerente meus sintomas para que eles pudessem tomar qualquer ação interna necessária para evitar a contaminação dos alimentos.
É agora setembro 3, 2017 e eu ainda estou muito doente tendo tido uma noite muito inquieta correndo para o banheiro. Eu me sinto tão tonto ao ficar de pé que eu caí várias vezes tentando chegar ao banheiro durante a noite.
Felizmente eu encontrei algum medicamento anti-diarréia que ajuda. Estou praticamente ficando na cama agora enquanto me sinto muito tonto e tonto ao ficar de pé. Eu também tenho uma dor de cabeça muito ruim. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, cefaleia, Tontura, De cabeça leve

Oops I had the dates wrong. It was August 31st that the food poisoning began. Today is now September 2, 2017. I'm sick in bed but hopefully this is the last day of sickness.
Today is now Monday September 4, 2017 and my diarrhea is becoming more normal stool. Lightheaded and dizziness upon standing has dissipated. My main symptoms are headache and fever today. I'm able to eat solid food now and much more fluids though not eating with full appetite. Have been craving apples. In my original report I stated I ate at Olive Garden on Sept 1, 2017 on Thursday evening but that date was incorrect. The date I ate at Olive Garden with my friend Jon was August 31, 2017 Thursday around 5 pm. My symptoms of diarrhea began within the hour after leaving Olive Garden during a visit to Home Depot. So I'm still recovering. I did not go to the doctor for this food poisoning however looking back if this ever happens again I think I will. Not sure what they could do? But at least it would give me more credibility. I live with my partner Jon and so I do have a witness. He recovered much faster than I did perhaps it's because he did not eat as much of the soup and salad that I did. - Wade Boelter Collinsville AL
