We ate fried chicken and not spicy one. After 2 hours exactly I was feeling bad with stomech pain and by late night started to vomit and lose motion. Took my 5 days to recover with 4injections. They done 2 tests including blood test and result shows food poisoning  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

I bought a bottle of imported chocolate milk. When I went to drink it a few minutes later I found it was unsealed but didn't think much of it as I may have opened it myself and forgot.

My son (10 years old) and I had a meal here the 13th of July 2016. I had spicy wings and he had the single wing left that was 'original'. After 1-2 hours he got nauseaus. After 6 hours, he showed all symptoms of food poisoning, including violent diarrhea and vomiting.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

We ate at three different places, breakfast in Pai (fruit, muesli + yoghurt), lunch at Funky Monkey's Guesthouse in Chiang Mai Old Town and Burger King in Chiang Mai, near Thapae Gate.
