Ate the hot pastrami sandwich. Followed shortly afterward by nausea, then repeated instances of simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea continues beyond 72 hours and counting. Awful.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Vomitando, Náusea

Nós comemos burrito de camarão, burrito de peixe emagredido com cerveja e batatas fritas às 14h. Meu marido começou a ter diarréia e vômitos às 17h30. Meu estômago começou a ficar desconfortável às 22h.
