Ate the hot pastrami sandwich. Followed shortly afterward by nausea, then repeated instances of simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea continues beyond 72 hours and counting. Awful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

We ate shrimp burrito, signature beer-battered fish burrito and chips at 2pm. My husband started to have diarrhea and vomiting at 5:30pm. My stomach started to feel uncomfortable at 10pm. The next day, we can barely eat anything and still have diarrhea, feel nausea and dizziness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dizziness
