Ate the hot pastrami sandwich. Followed shortly afterward by nausea, then repeated instances of simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea continues beyond 72 hours and counting. Awful.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos, Náusea

Comimos burrito de camarones, burrito de pescado rebozado con cerveza y patatas fritas a las 2 p.m. Mi esposo empezó a tener diarrea y vómitos a las 5:30 p.m. Mi estómago empezó a sentirse incómodo a las 22:00.
