Consumed crab rangoon, spring roll, sesame chicken, and chicken fried rice at 6:15 pm on 2/12/16. Woke up with extreme nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea at approximately 5 am 2/13. Extreme conditions lasted until 1 pm 2/13, nausea and mild diarrhea is still going and its 2:37 am 2/14.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

Eu comi um burrito de feijão com creme de leite e um burrito de frango. Eu tenho a comida para ir logo após as 22h de 10 de fevereiro de 2016. Começou com cãibras uma hora e meia depois e começou a vomitar cerca de 3 horas depois. Estive no banheiro a maior parte da noite e vomitei de novo esta manhã.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Vomitando, Cãibras

On Thursday Feb. 4th for lunch I ate a Burrito bowl with only chicken, avocado and salsa. The diarrhea started Saturday night and continues till now, Tuesday Feb 9th. My colleague from work who ate with me also had diarrhea.  | Sintomas: Diarreia
