I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande meal with extra tomatoes and sour cream 2/18/18 afternoon. By morning I was completely sick. I knew it tasted differently from how it normally taste but I just assumed it was the extra sour cream that adjusted the flavor.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando
