I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande meal with extra tomatoes and sour cream 2/18/18 afternoon. By morning I was completely sick. I knew it tasted differently from how it normally taste but I just assumed it was the extra sour cream that adjusted the flavor.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

When I got off work I purchased Yoplait yogurt and monster cookies that they make in the bakery. When I got home the Yoplait Peach and the cookies are all I ate. That was at 3 a.m. woke up at 6 a.m. with severe nausea diarrhea and vomiting  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

I ate two supreme chalupas and one taco on a satursay night January 6 2018. Immediately the next morning I began to feel sick and could not eat. Even now as i am writing this i am sick and its Monday. It feels like food poisoning.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
