I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande meal with extra tomatoes and sour cream 2/18/18 afternoon. By morning I was completely sick. I knew it tasted differently from how it normally taste but I just assumed it was the extra sour cream that adjusted the flavor.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

When I got off work I purchased Yoplait yogurt and monster cookies that they make in the bakery. When I got home the Yoplait Peach and the cookies are all I ate. That was at 3 a.m. woke up at 6 a.m. with severe nausea diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
