Two days after the flight I started having severe diarrhoea and high fever (up to 40 degrees). Turned out after an hospitalisation that it was Shigella. I am quite sure that the infection came from the food of the aiprlane, especially because I ate a non lactose meal (special meal)  | Sintomas: Náusea, Diarreia, Febre, Cãibras, cefaleia

I was flying from Mexico City to Atlanta on a first class flight. We ate short ribs and potato’s. My wife only had 1/4 and reports similar but less symptoms.
