Two days after the flight I started having severe diarrhoea and high fever (up to 40 degrees). Turned out after an hospitalisation that it was Shigella. I am quite sure that the infection came from the food of the aiprlane, especially because I ate a non lactose meal (special meal)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache

I was flying from Mexico City to Atlanta on a first class flight. We ate short ribs and potato’s. My wife only had 1/4 and reports similar but less symptoms. I was projectile vomiting and struggling to hold anything down. I have been sick now for 2-3 days.. Flight from Mexico city to atlanta  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

(in flight meal), Today, started slightly yesterday night Not 100% sure but probably a flight meal Flight number CX888 arrived in YVR at 9:25pm on May 19. Cause of food poisoning was probably an in flight meal, not sure which one. Symptoms are solely diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
