Eating took a very long time even though there wasn't much going on. The trash in the squares was also not removed even though there were enough staff there and now I also had really bad stomach pain and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Had breakfast at 10.30 on Thursday 3rd. From about 5 I started feeling sick and then from about 6 this got worse and by 8 I was vomiting and then diarrhoea. I very almost fainted and could have been seriously injured as I was alone.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

About 2-3 hours after eating the double cheeseburger I began to get cramps followed by nausea, watery mouth and diarrhea. I was sick twice and had a fever. I have been on bed rest since yesterday, drinking water as advised by NHS.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a 4 piece nuggets from Mc Donals in New Brighton MN and I got food poisoning from it. I’ve had diarrhea and nausea since and I can feel it getting worse. Just horrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
