My son had a happy meal and a milkshake yesterday.
About 5 hours later, he started vomiting, cramps and went through the night. He doesn't dare to eat because he doesn't keep anything inside.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate Big Mac for lunch today. Took it out of restaurant. Got home not even 5 minutes later and sandwich was slimy and cold. Now I feel sick and I've puked 3 times in past 2 hours, and I feel very tired. Had to throw sandwich in trash. Such a NASTY burger.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

McNasty this location gave me bad food poisoning 6 hours after eating here I had vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, sweating, feverish, body chills. And now diarrhea.
