100% sure it was the shrimp served on the flight. Luckily I arrived home and it hit when I got there. Still recovering 24 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Severe several symtoms

10+ hour flight from Seoul to LA. Food tasted good going down, but once I got home I had extreme stomach cramps, dizziness, fever and nasty diarrhea. I was unable to get out of bed (except for toilet) for 14 hours. Total misery. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Dizziness
