Purchased pretzel nuggets at the mall on 1/1/23 and few hours later consuming the pretzel my husband started vomiting and later my son started getting a high fever and start vomiting. Only person who had pretzel was my husband and my son.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

My kids and I ( one toddler, a 13, and 14yr old) all had the pepperoni pretzel with marinara dip sauce. About thirty minutes later all of us were running to the toilet vomiting , diarrhea uncontrollably. While vomiting all we can see and taste was milk and pretzels.
